Wash the lids with clean water and let them boil in hot water.
After cleaning the glass jar, fill it.
During filling, leave a gap of about 1 cm at the top.
Absolutely avoid contact of the products with the jar lid.
The product you will fill must be hot.
The mouth of the glass jar must remain clean after filling.
When closing hot filled jars and lids, be sure to hold them with a thick cloth. Serious burns may occur. Be careful.
Place the cover properly on the glass.
After making sure that all the nails are fully seated, close them tightly. Too much tightening can cause teething.
In such cases, do not use the cover.
Keep your closed products upside down for a short time in a cool environment. Put your warm cans in a flat position and store them in a dry environment, out of the sun, after they have cooled down completely.
Never expose your hot filled glass can directly to cold water or cold environment. Glass bottles may break or explode. Be careful.
Check if the lids of the cans you have closed have puffed out after 1 week and two weeks.
It may have gotten air because the lid didn't close well.
When there are lids that can be opened very easily during the opening process for use, your can may have taken air, and definitely use the product by trying it. Never use products that have changed color. Canned food poisoning is important and dangerous.
